1. Order Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email in case of significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
