30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include tags (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction is our priority.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (once approved) and placing a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must remain unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
